Privacy Policy for Trace Quest

This Privacy Policy applies to the Trace Quest mobile application (the "Application"), developed by Flex Code Studio(the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a free educational app and is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application is designed so its core tracing features work offline and does not require users to create an account or provide any personal information.

Flex Code Studio does not collect, store, or share personal information through the Application.

Tracing activity (such as finger strokes and practice scores) exists only temporarily on the device while you use the app. It is not sent to Flex Code Studio and is not saved to our servers.

All core features of the Application, including tracing alphabets (A–Z) and numbers (0–9), work without requiring any personal data.

The Application does not include advertising and does not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools controlled by Flex Code Studio.

Third-Party Services

The Application is built with standard mobile frameworks (including React Native) and open-source libraries used for navigation and on-screen graphics.

Flex Code Studio does not integrate advertising networks or third-party analytics SDKs in the Application.

When you download, install, or update the Application through Google Play, open optional links from Settings (such as Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or About), or use Contact Us, your device may connect to the internet or open other apps (such as a browser or email client). Google Play, those external sites, and your device operating system may process limited technical information under their own privacy policies. Flex Code Studio does not receive or control that information.

Children's Privacy

The Application is designed for children to help them learn writing skills through tracing letters and numbers.

The Application:

• Does not knowingly collect personal information
• Does not require account creation
• Does not include social features or user interaction between users

Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise a child's use of the Application and device.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Flex Code Studio through the Application, please contact the Service Provider so appropriate action can be taken.

Security

Since Flex Code Studio does not collect or store personal information through the Application, user tracing content is not held on our servers. Information processed only on your device is subject to your device's security settings.
